A Taste of May Food Festival
Blas na Bealtaine is a month-long celebration of food, culture, creativity, and place that brings together the finest produce of the West of Ireland with international culinary inspiration. And us, with our heritage deeply rooted in one of the first global fusion cuisines, couldn't miss the moment.

True to our philosophy of food that speaks portuguese we are having three special nights, each one dedicated to a place and time where the Portuguese expansion from the 15th century ended up influencing (and being influenced by) new flavours and dishes around the world.
This year’s festival is your perfect excuse to try something new, meet new people, so choose your date, book your table, and enjoy the buzz of Galway.
